The Qur’an has been translated into most Persians, English, Urdu and many other languages. “Salman Parsi” is the first translator of the Qur’an, who translated Sura Al-Fatiha into Persian during the 7th century. The first fully attested translations of the Qur’an were made between the 10th and 12th Centuries in Persian. 

The Samanid king, Mansur (961-976), ordered a group of scholars from Khorasan to translate the Qur’an, in its original form, into the Persian language. Later in the 11th century, the Tafsir of the Qur’an was translated into the language “Persian”, by one of the students of Abu Mansur Abdullah. In the 12th century, the Qur’an was translated in the language “Persian” by Najm al-Din Abu Hafs al-Nasafi. The formats of all three books have saved and have been published several times. In 2012, according to the record of Hürriyet Daily News and Economic Review, Qur’an was present in 112 languages at the 18th international Qur’an Exhibition in Tehran.All Muslim emphasize that the Qur’an is only revealed in Arabic, the language, which God revealed the codes and His truth. Therefore, memorizing and reciting of the Qur’an in Arabic is important and the recitation of the Qur’an is a worshipful art in Islam.

He would say: "Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min wa'tha'is- safari, wa kaabatil-munqalabi, wal-hauri ba'dal-kauni, wa da'watil- mazlumi, wa su'il-manzari fil-ahli wal- mal.”

Ruling by Allah’s Rule

1.       If you believe that ruling other than Allah’s Laws may be allowed then it will be called Kufr.

2.       If you believe that ruling other than the Rule of Allah is better than or becomes equivalent to the Rule of Allah is also called Kufr.

3.       If you believe that the Rule of Allah is not fitted along with the present time is also called Kufr.

4.       If someone believe that rule of Allah is the best way and it benefits in each and everything, but as of weakness, low desire or having fear then this will not make that person out of Islam.

5.       If you or someone deny the rule of Allah that is Kufr.

6.       It is not for any student to declare anyone Kafir or declare kufr to someone, but it is for only the big scholars who are reliable and who have predecessors, those who are in compliance with the rules and evidences and will remove any ambiguity before making any ruling.

7.       Finally, it is to be concentrated on that the correct interpretation of the situation should be done and this is the way to return to Allah. When Allah sees we have brought a change in us, then he will bring us right.

8.       The conditions for change of rule includes;

-          That it is occurred

-          That there is a witness that it is Kufr

-          The conditions are doubtless

-          Proof from Allah that it is Kufr
